Studio

Our studio is Apple MAC based and can handle most formats of artwork supplied. Our equipment includes:

• 5 x Apple MACs / PC platforms
• Sherpa 44m large format printer (outputs gloss and matt large format proofs/posters)
• Agfa Palladio (computer to plate output)

Press Room

We operate 3 litho presses, giving us machine flexibility and fast turnaround. Our presses are:

• Komori Lithrone 526 (5 colours / full colour + seal/spot/metallic)
• Heidelberg GTO (2 colour)
• Heidelberg GTO (1 colour with numbering/perforation in-line)

Finishing

Our varied and efficiently run department includes:

• 2 Polar Guillotines
• MBO Folder (including cross fold unit and Tri-creaser)
• BDF Booklet Maker (saddle stitched booklets up to 80 pages)
• Vacuumatic Batch Counter
• Hand stitcher (saddle and stab-stitching)
• Automatic Polybagging and Shrinkwrapping machine
• Hand punch (round cornering)
